Habighorst Ltd. has been dealing with the production of
steel springs and metal hardware for more than 90 years. We have constantly
been enlarging our product range. Nowadays, on the first level of production,
we produce compression, tension and leg springs as well as bending parts of
wire and pipe. If asked for by the client we will, on the second level of
production, assemble and prepare them for further welding or assembly processes.
On all levels of production Habighorst Ltd. is specialized in solutions which
meet the specific demands of our clients. Our production capabilities range
from single pieces to small, medium or large sets within a wire diameter between
0.5 and 20.0 mm.
Up-to-date production technologies are used to process spring steel into high-quality
springs ready for further processing. A large park of machinery provides us
with enormous capacities and leads to the necessary adaptability and, eventually,
high-quality products.
The entire organisation of the company as well as every single mechanical
process is accompanied by strict and permanent supervision of quality according
to EN ISO 9001:2008 regulations. Thus, we are able to guarantee our clients
the stable high-level quality of our products.
