In order to be able to master all demands practically and in accordance with the situation, clients are offered a constant stream of further developments in the product pallet. Mastering the situation means making use of innovative & modern machine technology with CNC machine control, 3D CAD/CAM construction software, high-quality tooling solutions, and a wide selection of peripherals.

 

Production

Production level - single part
We construct the technical basic products such as compression springs, tension springs, clips in many types, formed tubes and wires, and finally stamped & stamp-formed parts.


Production level - subassemblies

The second production level concerns processing our own single parts together with different accessories to produce a functioning subassembly. Here the single parts are subjected to processing in the form of the use of screws, riveting, welding, mounting, etc.

Production level  - systems
Top end of the ladder is complete systems. A system developed or produced by us differs from the subassembly in its functionality. A system supplies a solution for a function.

Contruction/Development

Tools to be used are designed and created by us in our own workshops. And of course some of this work involves specific client wishes too! All conventional standard interfaces and data types can be made available. Even here, the idea in hand is always in focus when we work on a project, and has been known to act as a springboard to even better processes.

Production Technology

Using the most up-to-date production techniques, we transform wire into springs or clips and band into stamped & stamp-formed parts. Here, we concentrate mostly on the technology of market-leader Wafios & Bihler, with whom we work closely together as partners. A single part, a subassembly or a system, no matter whatever, they are all developed and engineered through our own tooling & production technology. Perhaps this is the reason why our products fulfil the highest demands on quality workmanship.
